About the deal
In 2017 Bryan, Garnier & Co as sole manager in a mandatory offer for the remaining outstanding shares in Tide ASA for a consideration of NOK 28.50/share – corresponding to a full equity value of 643 NOKm.
Bryan, Garnier & Co advised Det Stavangerske Dampskibsselskab AS (DSD). After receiving 95% acceptance in the mandatory offer, DSD will de-list Tide ASA as stated in the offer document.
