In 2018 Bryan, Garnier & was retained by the owners of LanTeam Consulting to evaluate strategic options to continue developing the company and specifically accelerating growth.
A sale process was initiated directed at Nordic leaders within the IT Services space and a limited number of parties were short-listed.
