About the deal
In 2019 Bryan, Garnier & Co acted as sole advisor for Advania AB on the acquisition of Itello AB. The acquisition will strengthen Advania’s position in Norway.
“Itello is our second acquisition in less than a year, and we have plans for further mergers and acquisitions. Now we are both a competence house with consultancy within business solutions and a provider of infrastructure with hardware, software and services. With the acquisition of Itello, we can welcome even more and larger customers.
