More recently, Omniticket Network has developed a platform (Nexus) which is the first completely open and integrated communication network offering direct, real-time connections between venues, ticket sellers and individual ticket buyers. The Company’s partners and the direct distribution networks (in Q4 99, Omniticket Network has launched its first local portal in France: ticketclic.fr,and more recently in Belgium the first ticketing portal: ticketclic.be) are now selling 1 million tickets a year.

Grégoire Revenu, Bryan, Garnier & Co’s Managing Director, Corporate Finance said: “Omniticket Network enjoys a leading position in Europe – the largest market in the world – as well as a unique understanding of the industry’s needs and trends. Thanks to this round of financing, Omniticket Network will be able to comfort its leading position in Europe, with the greater number of tickets processed, and to pave the way to an ultimate leisure and entertainment network thanks to a “virtual ticket” technology.”

This placement enhances Bryan, Garnier & Co’s leading position in the syndication of later stage private placement for technology companies in Europe.
