Bryan, Garnier & Co successfully leads EspaceMax €13m Private Placement

Paris, September 29th 2010 – Bryan, Garnier & Co, the independent pan-European investment bank focused on growth companies, is pleased to announce that it successfully led a €13m Private Placement for EspaceMax. This fundraising was supported by Serena Capital, Amundi, Masseran Gestion and historical shareholders of the company. Bryan, Garnier & Co acted as Sole Financial Advisor for this transaction.

EspaceMax is French pioneer in private sales that succeeded in becoming a reference in the luxury industry. Created in 1993, the company started its development over Internet in 2005 where success has been confirmed over the years.

This major fundraising provides the company managed by Arnaud Dubly and Pierre-Etienne Boilard with enough cash to support its strong growth on both private sales and in season online retail. The company also plans to push forward its international development in major European countries.
