Bryan, Garnier & Co leads the placement of the shares of Mauna Kea Technologies held by Creadev

Paris, London and Austin, May 15th, 2014 – LDR Holding Corporation (Nasdaq:LDRH), a global medical device company focused on designing and commercializing novel and proprietary spinal surgical technologies, closed a follow-on offering of 3,972,089 shares of its common stock for $24.50.

In October 2013, Bryan, Garnier & Co acted as joint lead manager and book-runner of the company’s IPO on Nasdaq, along with Piper Jaffray and William Blair, raising 86m$ at 15$ per share. Since its IPO, the stock-price has benefitted from very positive announcements of the company and experienced a 63% increase.

Piper Jaffray & Co. and William Blair & Company, LLC were acting as joint book-running managers for the follow-on offering. Cowen and Company, LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC were acting as co-lead managers. JMP Securities LLC, Stephens Inc. and Bryan, Garnier & Co. were acting as Co-managers.
