Thanks to the acquisition of EBS, the second largest independent online payment services provider in India, Ogone has entered the rapidly expanding Indian payments market. This represents Ogone’s first acquisition and its first move outside the European market.

The key management team will continue with the firm in building Ogone’s India franchise. In addition, EBS will gain strategic advantage with the help of Ogone’s global best practices, innovative products targeted towards various stakeholders and most importantly, acting as the gateway to Ogone’s large roster of international clients.
