CaPS is a leading subscription-based end-to-end international procurement services platform in the Nordics and Baltics.

Established in June 2009, it has become a leading procurement services platform that brings notable benefits and savings by combining indirect spend from PE-owned companies across the Nordics and Baltics. 

CaPS was originally established as a service for CapMan’s portfolio companies, but over the years, has grown into a fast-growing, standalone platform. With more than 280 members and 290 vendors across Finland, Sweden, and the Baltics, CaPS achieved a turnover of EUR ~10 million and an operating profit of EUR ~6 million in 2023. 

Through its partnership with Proxer Bidco Oy, CaPS will continue its strong growth journey.

Bryan, Garnier & Co advised the buyers Proxer Bidco Oy on deal strategy, due diligence, transaction structure and contract negotiations. 

This marks another landmark transaction for Bryan, Garnier & Co’s Business and Tech-Enabled Services practice and is a further demonstration of its expertise in private equity-led M&A transactions.
