Bryan, Garnier & Co conducted a competitive process involving Tier-1 French Private Equity investors.

Bryan, Garnier & Co also acted as debt coordinator and initiated a competitive financing process with senior private lenders for the financing of the transaction.

Following on from Praxedo, Padoa, Gac Technology and numerous other landmark transactions with top-tier private equity funds, this new primary deal in the platform technologies sector marks another milestone for Bryan, Garnier & Co’s expertise.

Founded in 2012 by Geoffroy and Alexandre Lambert, Driiveme is a platform enabling players in the automotive sector (manufacturers, rental companies, dealers…) to provide single-car transfers to optimize their logistics. Whether it’s a one-way trip or the return of a vehicle to its destination, Driiveme provides an efficient solution throughout Europe.

One of Driiveme’s strengths is its proprietary data & tech-driven platform, with a high level of automation, perfectly adapted to the needs of customers and drivers, and enabling it to handle a very high volume of transfers. Driiveme operates more than 20,000 vehicle transfers every month, drawing on a base of over 20,000 drivers registered on its platform.

Present in 9 European countries, Driiveme is on a remarkable growth trajectory. Its sales have been growing by over 80% per year since 2020, with over €45 million expected by the end of 2023. The company currently employs 60 people in France and Europe, and is bootstrapped since inception
