Headquartered in Paris, Kaïbee has successfully extended its business to other regions, notably in Lyon, Nantes and Bordeaux, employing more than 200 consultants. 

Through the acquisition, Objectware aims to enhance its technological positioning, diversify its client portfolio across complementary sectors, and capitalise on the geographical and cultural complementarities between the two firms.

This marks another landmark transaction for Bryan, Garnier & Co’s Business & Tech-Enabled Services practice and is a further demonstration of its expertise in IT services and engineering consulting transactions. Other notable transactions include CENIT’s majority acquisition of Analysis Prime, the sale of Technic Assistance to NEO2, the sale of RTS to Advania, and the sale of Tinqin to be ys.
