Bryan, Garnier & Co acts as Sole Financial Advisor to Cyber Guru and its shareholders.

Bryan, Garnier & Co conducted a competitive private placement process involving Tier-1 international Venture Capital and Private Equity investors.

Following private debt investment in 2023, Riverside Acceleration Capital, a US-based VC fund, led the company’s Series B round, thus demonstrating their conviction in the future of the company. The largest European Impact VC fund backing tech entrepreneurs shaping the future of education and work – Educapital joined the round as a follower. In addition, the company received continued support from existing shareholders including leading Italian VC fund P101 and Madrid-based deep-tech investment firm Adara Ventures.

Through its partnership with Riverside Acceleration Capital and Educapital, Cyber Guru intends to continue driving product innovation with AI-developments and grow its international footprint.

This marks another landmark transaction for Bryan, Garnier & Co’s industrial technology for cybersecurity practice and is a further demonstration of its expertise in VC-led transactions. Other notable transactions in the space include the investment of Intera Partners in Halon, Summa Equity in NetGuardians, Seven2 in Mailinblack, Tikehau ACE Capital and Bpifrance in Vade, and the investment of Parquest in Advens.

"This new investment is a major milestone in Cyber Guru's growth journey. Our platform has already empowered hundreds of clients to address human risk as part of their cybersecurity strategies and this partnership will enable us to extend our reach and impact even further. Bryan Garnier’s team provided instrumental guidance throughout the fundraising process, helping us secure partners who understand our mission and share our long-term vision and ambitions."
