Bryan, Garnier & Co acted as Sole Financial Advisor and Sole Placement Agent to EclecticIQ, successfully completing a EUR 20 million Series C capital raise led by ACE, Tikehau Capital’s growth investment arm dedicated to cybersecurity and cyber defense. Other contributors to the round include Belgium-based venture capital fund Capricorn (Capricorn Digital Growth Fund and Quest for Growth), Dutch state-owned investment fund Invest-NL, Netherlands-based growth investor Arches Capital, and existing investors INKEF Capital, KEEN Venture Partners and KPN Ventures.
