Context
Founded in 2009, Vade is an international pioneer in threat detection and response that already monitors one billion emails worldwide. The company has become a global cybersecurity SaaS player recognized by G2 as a leader in email security and cloud email security. It now employs nearly 200 people in France, the USA, Canada, Japan and Israel.
The Management has decided to raise funds to further accelerate Vade's international expansion and provide additional investment to enhance its already industry leading cybersecurity products for Internet Service Providers (ISPs), MSPs and small and medium businesses. The company also plans to put increased emphasis on developing MSSP-tailored solutions with simple, rapid installation and high efficiency.

Bryan, Garnier & Co organized, prepared and led a tailor-made process involving financial sponsors able to support Vade in the development of this new chapter of company growth.
This marks another landmark transaction for Bryan, Garnier & Co’s software practice and is a further demonstration of its strong expertise in cybersecurity. Other notable transactions in the space include the investment of Parquest in Advens, the €20m private placement of EclectiIQ led by Tikehau Ace Capital and the acquisition of Lexsi by Orange.
