Paris, April 10th, 2015 – Bryan, Garnier & Co advises the secondary private placement of 16% of CAST share capital, a leading international software vendor focused on the emerging software application analytics market.
CM-CIC Investissement has acquired 16% of the share capital from DFJ Esprit and Idinvest and becomes a cornerstone shareholder of the company, strengthening its capital structure in the context of the recent disclosure of a 12,24% ownership by a US software vendor.
This investment of CM-CIC growth capital principal investment arm provides solid long term support to the company growth strategy. It completes the reorganization of the capital structure of CAST, now ideally positioned to seize a large market opportunity. This follows the recent announcement of a 12,24% holding of DevFactory inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Trilogy Inc; a US software company focused on global 1000 companies.
