The group combines the expertise of Alive Events and Alive Technology, providing clients with services covering sound, lighting, electrical distribution, stage installation, filming, video and rental of design furniture. Leveraging the collective know-how of both companies, each having over 45 years of experience, Alive Groupe organizes top-level events for businesses, associations, communication agencies and public bodies. They are backed by Re-sources Capital, Nord Croissance and Siparex. Alive Groupe generated c. EUR 22m revenues in 2017 and employs 160 people.

The new combined entity which recorded c. EUR 45m of revenues in 2017 will be the 3rd largest technical service provider in the French events market.
