Bryan Garnier Securities, LLC seeks an investment banking Business Development Analyst for our New York Office. At the front lines of our success, Analysts help identify and build relationships with executives at exceptional companies that are identified as mergers & acquisitions and fundraising candidates for our investment bank. Analysts develop industry knowledge in our three practice areas, Enterprise Technology, Marketing & Communications and Healthcare, as well as a good working knowledge of a variety of business models and fundamentals. Candidates are expected to have stellar native English written and verbal communication skills, an outgoing and relatable personality, and a record of leadership accomplishments. We encourage all majors to apply but some courses or job experience in finance, marketing, communications, or commerce would be well received.

Responsibilities and Qualifications for this role:

• Identifying M&A and funding advisory opportunities
• Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients
• Running BD meetings for the New York Office
• Helping prepare meetings and pitches for prospects in our pipeline
• Expanding Bryan Garnier Securities’ relationship network with key industry contacts

Compensation and benefits: Base salary, benefits (medical, dental, vision) and an attractive performance bonus.
