Bryan, Garnier & Co conducted a competitive process involving Tier 1 Nordic and international financial sponsors and select trade buyers. Bryan, Garnier & Co advised Halon on deal strategy, buyer selection, due diligence management, transaction structure, and contract negotiations. 

Through its partnership with Intera Partners, Halon is looking to further accelerate its growth trajectory, gain market share, and establish itself as the gold standard for future-proof email infrastructure. 

This marks another landmark transaction in Bryan, Garnier & Co’s Industrial Technology and Software practises and is a further demonstration of its expertise in private equity-led transactions.
