Bryan, Garnier & Co acts as Sole Financial Advisor to Isoskèle, subsidiary of La Poste Groupe, on the contemplated acquisition of LineUP7, a leading data marketing agency

Isoskèle, a subsidiary of La Poste Groupe and a pioneer in the convergence of data and communication in France, has announced the acquisition of LineUP7, France’s leading expert in marketing technology dedicated to optimising customer experience.

Founded in 2016, LineUP7 is a recognised player in marketing technology (MarTech), and a leader in the Customer Data Platform (CDP) market, driven by the increasing challenges of data reconciliation across businesses. 

Thanks to its mix of data, tech, and consulting expertise, Isoskèle is able to provide long-term support to companies, regardless of their initial data maturity or technological setup, helping them achieve complete autonomy for their marketing teams.

This is the fourth transaction advised by Bryan, Garnier & Co involving a subsidiary of La Poste Groupe. 

With this acquisition, Isoskèle now covers the full range of operational models (outsourcing, in-house management, consultancy, project management, etc.) for companies looking to build a robust data infrastructure and equip their marketing departments with the best technologies available on the market. 

This acquisition aligns with La Poste Groupe’s ongoing strategy to transform its marketing solutions. The newly formed entity, combining five areas of expertise, represents nearly 500 employees and generates a turnover of €110 million. 

This marks another landmark transaction for Bryan, Garnier & Co’s Business & Tech-enabled Services practice and is a further demonstration of its expertise in data and marketing transactions. Other notable transactions include the sale of CyberCité to Isoskèle, the sale of Metsys to European Digital Group, and the sale of Vanksen to Datawords.
