Bryan, Garnier & Co acts as Sole Financial Advisor to CENIT on its 60% acquisition of Analysis Prime.

Bryan, Garnier & Co was able to identify the right partner and advised CENIT, leading to a successful closing.  

The acquisition of a 60% stake in Analysis Prime marks a significant step in CENIT’s growth strategy, enhancing its expertise in SAP analytics and positioning the company as a leading provider of comprehensive SAP consulting solutions.  

This acquisition will also allow CENIT to expand and diversify its SAP competency while expanding its footprint in North America, with the CENIT Group now being represented at two locations in the USA – Auburn Hills and Chicago.
