Proparco sold 1.3m Voltalia shares, representing 1.4% of capital, to Tier 1 European cleantech specialists and institutional generalists, with an oversubscribed book.
The transaction was priced at EUR 17.55 a share, representing a discount of 3.78% to the last market closing price on November 16, 2020.
