About the deal
In 2017 Bryan, Garnier & Co acted as sole manager for the NOK 203m share placement in Næringsbanken.
The proceeds enable the bank to meet its capital requirements under the conditional banking license obtained from the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority and to fund the bank’s operations in accordance with the business plan.
