Bryan, Garnier & Co advises the shareholders of Proteines Group on its sale to Equinoa

Paris, 2016 – Protéines Group was acquired by Equinoa, a digital agency that is part of the Eucléia Group, to reinforce its offering in communication strategy consulting. Backed by Industries & Finances, the group is reinforcing its growth strategy to become the digital player of reference in the industry.
Bryan, Garnier & Co acted as exclusive financial advisor to Protéines’ shareholders in this transaction.
Protéines is an independent communication group created in 1989 under the leadership of Christophe Thomassin and Jean-Michel Gilibert. Historically specialized in nutrition and public health, the group developed consulting and communication services on the agro-food sector and around social issues related to science and health. The group develops strategy, corporate and products communication services for companies based on the scientific skills of its team and its historical market know-how (McDonald’s France, Bledina, Coca-Cola, Sanofi, Urgo, … ).
Through this transaction, the group will benefit the complementary agencies features: Protéines’ strengths lie in its communication consulting offering as well as its expertise around nutrition and public health. At the same time, Equinoa is specialized in digital marketing.
