Bryan, Garnier & Co advises Argos Soditic on the sale of Lexsi to Orange

Paris, April 15th, 2016 – Orange completed the acquisition of Lexsi, the French leader in cybersecurity, from Argos Soditic, a European reference player in Private Equity. Bryan, Garnier & Co acted as sole advisor to Argos Soditic on this transaction.
